Thank you for registering for the PowerSchool & Harvest Technology Group December webinar “Achieving ACA Compliance With PowerSchool and Content360.”  If you were unable to attend the webinar live or if you would like to share this information with other members of your organization, please find the recording below.

During the webinar I presented a slide titled “Additional Resources” listing websites where PowerSchool users can go to find additional information about the Affordable Care Act.  For ease of access, here are the links from that slide:

  1. Federal Government Business Site
  2. ADP Research on Health Care Reform

Additionally for eFinancePLUS users, Tammy Swain hosts a weekly roundtable call to answer any questions about ACA compliance and eFinancePLUS.  The details for joining this call are as follows:

Finally I would like to make two points of clarification from the presentation.  First, I said that filing electronically is required if your school district has over 250 FTEs.  In actuality, filling electronically is required if your district files more than 250 1095-C forms.  The number filed could vary from the actual number of FTEs in your district.  Second, when setting your retention schedule for ACA forms, please remember to check federal retention guidelines as well as your state guidelines.  Your district should retain payroll records for the longer of the required minimum time between the state and federal guidelines.

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at future PowerSchool & Harvest Technology Group webinars. For the latest information on upcoming webinars and events, click here. You can also learn more about how Harvest can help with ACA Documentation, here.
